Being happy is not hard. Sometimes, all it takes is food, or our family. Simple activities like going out to the mall, eating your favorite food, playing with you dog can improve our mood and happiness.
It's perfectly normal to feel down sometimes. We all have our bad days. On those days, we should give ourselves a hug and a pat on the back. Everyone has their own ways of improving their moods. But sometimes, it's good to take a nap when you're having a bad day. To just take a break from reality and wake up to a new day. Play your favourite songs, eat some food, chat with a friend or your siblings, or even your parents! Do whatever makes you happy and do the things you love most. Doing an act of kindness is also proven to increase your happiness.
